Important update for providers
Beginning December 1, 2025, the New Mexico Health Care Authority (NM HCA) will require the use of the Daily MAR for all medication administration and documentation. Providers must record all medications in Therap within the required 2-hour administration window, or document the reason for any missed medications within 24 hours. This change is being implemented to support accurate, timely, and safe care for the individuals we serve.
