Mi Via Vendor
Mi Via offers self-directed care that empowers individuals with disabilities to choose and manage their own supports. We provide coordination, caregiver assistance, billing, and Medicaid compliance.
Supported Living
We provide a safe and structured group home environment where individuals receive 24/7 support tailored to their needs. Our services promote independence, social interaction, and daily assistance while ensuring a comfortable and secure home.
Family Living
Designed for individuals who thrive in a home-based environment, we provide personalized care and daily assistance while fostering independence. Our goal is to provide a nurturing space that feels like home.
Adult Nursing
Our team of skilled nurses ensures individuals receive proper medical care, medication management, and wellness oversight. With a focus on health and safety, we provide compassionate care that meets each person’s unique medical needs.
Customized Community Support
We offer personalized day programs that allow individuals to engage in their communities through social activities, skill-building, and personal development. Services can be tailored for one-on-one or group settings to encourage meaningful participation.
