As a direct care professional, you will get to influence or choose your own schedule, have access to ongoing staffing opportunities, and experience real support from people on your client’s team with a clear point of contact. Our onboarding process is quick and simple––we require a background screening, and offer free training courses for those who may be new to this field. Once onboarded, we aim to connect you to shifts that fit your availability within a week of your start date!

What You’ll Bring
- Education: Must be at least 18 years of age. High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
- Skills: Strong communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, and time management.
- Behaviors: Must be patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible.
- Vehicle Requirements: Valid driver’s license (Required) and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
