Checking In:
Dial 1-800-222-2943
Enter your 6-digit Worker ID Number followed by the pound (#) key
Press 1 for check-in
You will hear a prompt asking for the participant’s 10-digit Medicaid Number followed by the pound (#) key
You will hear a list of available services for the client. Select the service you are providing using the phone key pad.
You will hear the system repeat back your name, the client’s name, and the service. If correct, Press 1. If incorrect, Press 2.
Once the information is correct, you can Press 2 to end the call.
